Scope of Application

By using this website, booking classes, or visiting our studio and café, you agree to these General Terms & Conditions. These terms complement any written agreements (e.g., membership contracts) unless otherwise stated.

Class Bookings

(1) Bookings are made via our online scheduling system and are subject to availability.

(2) Please check in at reception at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Late arrivals may be denied access to maintain an undisturbed experience for all participants.

(3) Classes may be canceled with reasonable notice due to instructor illness or venue-related reasons. We will contact you directly if your scheduled session is affected.

Payments & Cancellations

(1) Payments are processed through our booking platform or at the studio desk. Unless otherwise stated, all bookings are final upon confirmation.

(2) Membership freezes and cancellations may be requested via your account dashboard or by contacting us via email.

Studio Rules

All visitors are required to observe the following rules:

• a) Wear clean indoor footwear or grip socks when using reformers and studio equipment.
• b) Follow instructors' guidance at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• c) Personal items left behind will be held for 14 days, after which they may be donated.

Café Purchases

(1) Food and beverage orders placed at the counter or for pick-up are subject to availability. All prices include applicable VAT.

(2) Refund requests should be directed to our café team within 7 days of purchase.

Liability

(1) Zaya Club Pilates is liable for damages resulting from intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit).

(2) Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten) are breached.

(3) We are not responsible for lost belongings or delays caused by third parties.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Customers will be notified by email when changes materially affect bookings or memberships.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Berlin, provided the customer is a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law. Should any provision be held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
